EBooks, once purchased and downloaded, are not returnable. The purchase of an eBook is subject to the terms of the Sheet Metal Guy End-User Warranty and License Agreement.

Printed Books
You can return the book if:

1. The book is returned within 10 days from the date of shipment.
2. The book must be in absolutely new condition and unused, preferably still shrink wrapped.
3. All returns are subjected to a 20 percent restocking charge.
4. We will issue refund after deducting the 20 percent restocking charge and the shipping and handling charges.

Replacing a Damaged Copy

Rarely, a shipment may get damaged during shipping. In that case, please follow these steps to replace the damaged copy.

1. Send a digital photo of the book to books@sheetmetalguy.com and we will replace the book with a new copy. You do not need to send us the damaged book.
2. The photo must be received within 10 days from the date of shipment.
3. If you can't send us a digital photo, please send us the damaged book and we will replace it with a new copy. The book must be returned within 10 days from the date of shipment.

Multiple Copy Purchases

The following conditions are required to return multiple copy purchases within 30 days from the date of purchase.

1. A restocking charge of 25% of purchase price plus cost of shipping provided that the books are in saleable condition and in original shrink wrapping. (Definition of Saleable Condition: Books must be in original plastic shrink-wrapping. No markings, labels, pricing stickers, or physical alteration of any kind is permissible. The corners, binding, and cover must be free of all damage. Books must be reshipped flat, with proper packaging.)

2. Returns are limited to fifteen percent of the original order quantity.

3. After 30 days, multiple copy returns will not be accepted.

4. You must receive an authorization number from Sheet Metal Guy, LLC prior to returning any books.
