Sheet
Metal Training Book, February 27, 2006
Reviewer: Michael Scribner (Kennebunk, ME)
I had been working towards getting training
through the company that I work for in the area of sheet metal part creation
without much luck.
I just happened to run across an article that detailed this new training book.
I've never had any other sheet metal training so I can't compare to any other
experience in the field that I might have had. However, I have been exposed to a
number of training programs, including the essentials training, the assembly
training, in SolidWorks and in other competitive products. This book is every
bit equal to any training course that I have ever taken.
The book is very detailed and has excellent instructions. It was very easy to
follow along and see exactly what was being illustrated. I do anxiously look
forward to any supplemental training books that should come along by this same
author.
As far as the price, this is something I could very easily afford to get myself
out of pocket. Where typically training materials, or training classes for this
field are upwards of several hundred dollars.
For what you are getting and the price you are paying for it, it's a steal at
twice the price.
A fine, fine package.
Thanks

The book was easy to follow. I have bought other
books to learn how to use SolidWorks. This book took me to a new level. Cannot
wait for the following books to come.
